Ordered a couple of oversized items - - at prices I found very fair, I might add - - but was worried about shipping costs which elsewhere were more than my items. Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the floating frame I ordered. It is beautifully made and the quality is outstanding. It was also received incredibly fast, especially considering it was \"custom\" sized to my exact specifications. And finally, I had an immediate change of mind on my order after placing it, and called the next day to see if I could alter it. This request was granted without hesitation.
