Jackeuline W., | my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.

First off, the canvas made is for a christmas present and is absolutely amazing! The quality is better than I imagined. It arrived packaged safely and on time. Communication was superb and they answered every question I had.
This was my first experience with these guys and canvas printing in general. I am very happy with the end results and will be using these guys in the future.
I highly recommend them!
