Shipping:
We ship your order by UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post where applicable. A tracking link will be provided to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process. You can track the status of your orders or view/print all order invoices online by logging in to your account on the "My Account" page.
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Returns:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less S&H). Maximum refund of $250.00 per order.
Any return must be made within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and returned in like condition. It is recommended that you insure your return package as we are not responsible for items being lost or damaged during return transit. We are not responsible for return shipping charges.
